The Challenge
Manual counts and barcode scans left inventory records out of step with what was physically on the shelf, and asset movements went unrecorded between scans.
The Architecture & Solution
We designed read-point layouts with Alien Technology UHF readers, wrote edge software to filter and de-duplicate tag reads, and built the backend that turns raw reads into stock and asset events for the inventory system.
